How do you stay up-to-date with design technology?

We embrace change because it's a part of who we are! We regularly assist conferences like Webflow Conf, Adobe Max, NAB, among others, to keep up with news from the creative industry. Then, during our free time, we test and sample new tools on internal projects through our LABS initiative. If the tools fit our workflow—and our clients' needs—we debut them on a live project.

PS- Yes, we're excited for AI and ChatGPT but it's not for everyone.

How do you handle tight deadlines?

We constantly dedicate our time to our craft, we commit to the deadlines we can guarantee, and use online reviewing tools that help our clients share their feedback that, in turn, helps us iterate faster.

How do you ensure the project aligns with our brand?

We empower your story by defining the right objectives together with you, following through with key revision feedback, scheduling informative check-ins, and doing our homework.

Additionally, we study your brand as much as we can through online research and from any materials you can provide. Our single source of truth policy also helps us keep track of the details discussed during meetings. If anything feels disconnected at any stage of the project, your feedback will be immediately addressed and we'll adapt promptly.

How do you handle revisions and feedback?

You're involved in every stage of the planning and production stages of your project. After we develop our creative brief and define your specific goals, we will follow a milestone sign-off schedule for every deliverable sent via email.

We use industry-standard online collaboration tools for viewing and commenting to allow for an easy feedback cycle of all design, photo, video, and web development projects. Review links are secure, accessible 24/7 on any device, and often guided by a video walk-through that dives into our design thinking.

Finally, we are always available for quick check-ins whenever you need them.

Do you offer ongoing support after project completion?

Absolutely! We currently offer ongoing monthly support for web design & development projects and e-commerce projects. Support includes hosting, security, reporting, and unlimited content publishing.

We also offer retainer-based services for graphic design, website SEO and traffic reporting, strategy services, and social media content production and management. The support provided on retainer-based services varies depending on the agreement but we provide a solution that fits your needs and workflow.

How do you ensure the security of sensitive information?

We prioritize the security of your information and data and do our best to keep everything safe and secure.

  • We work on a constant double backup (online and offline) of our project data, including production assets and editable files from all computers and tablets
  • Our devices are controlled, monitored, and audited by an MDM with predefined user permissions
  • We communicate with you only via authorized channels that you've explicitly granted us permission to use (i.e. We don't send project updates via text message or to/from personal email addresses)
  • We don't share profiles or passwords internally and use an enterprise-grade password manager across the agency to monitor and identify at-risk activity
  • We ask for feedback from our clients and explain our security efforts to ensure they're informed and happy with our policies
  • For retainer-based contracts, we count on a cyber-security insurance policy that serves as a back-up in case of emergencies

What is your cancellation or termination policy?

Our cancellation and termination policy is defined when we sign our Master Service Agreement and our individual Scope of Work Agreements. Both of these documents establish the best solution and outlook for our clients and our work.
